http://inhouserecipes.com/Recipes.aspx?RecId=188 , Lemon Pickle (Nimboo Ka Achaar) with sweet & Sour flavour. Enjoy this chatpata achaar, prepared at home.

Step in English:

Lemon Pickle
500gm Lemon (Big Size)
3 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Black Salt
2 Tsp Garam Masala
2 Tsp Ajwain
4 serving Spoons Sugar
Method:
Take Lemons which have thin skin and with no marks on them.
Mark two cuts on all lemons.
Mix salt, black salt, garam masala, sugar, ajwain.
Mix also spices well, fill in the spices mixture in all lemons.
Keep all the filled lemons in a jar.
Keep the pickle in sunlight for 2days 2 hrs. (Each day).
Than keep it anywhere in your kitchen for 2months. After that it will be ready to eat.
Enjoy your sweet and sour Lemon pickle.

  • i did try this achaar ..i just added a little mustard oil n green chillies but i used the masalas as told in your video for little variation ...thanx a lot...also i dint know u need to show them sun for better resuts.

    We are using Teaspoon itself.

    Everybody's measuring sense and parameters differ a bit.

    If you feel that they are table spoon as per your measure, then please use the same quantity as we have shown in the video to have the end product same as desired.
