Half-Life: Nihilanth

Explanation: Obviously you need to destroy the crystals. But the Nihilanth won't open his head and reveal his weak spot until you've teleported into all those rooms and beat all of his minions. That's why I took the time to kill the Ichthyosaur and Gargantua.

I remember my first time beating this guy...we doubled KOed each other. I'm not kidding, we killed each other at the same time. It was both funny and horrible.

@MrRobogavin No, just different areas in Xen, maybe still near the Nihilanth's chamber. Who knows with teleportation!

Hey, have you ever noticed that if you stand right next to that red portal before battling Nihilanth (stand next to the red glow but dont touch it) you can slightly hear Barney and numerous Scientists repeating what they previously said to Gordon? Its kinda cool.

Do you have to kill the thing that's under water? In this entire game, that thing is the ONLY creature that actually scares me.

@randomations11 I think so. I haven't done this in a while so I can't quite remember. I don't think you have to do it if you're playing the PC version.
