I'm talking about schoolboys in British old-fashioned boarding schools, being punished if they masturbate... all on their own and completely alone, mind! Which is the sort of thing I think Tom Baker also commented on here, I think. I gather that, since you're using the word "abused", you're referring to certain scandals in the recent past, which is, of course, quite a different matter.

The Church has all too often been sanctioning greedy commercial companies polluting our Earth with oil spills and what-not just to gain a profit for their own organisation and clergymen, while diverting attention from serious matters to something as innocent as schoolboys jacking off in secret after the lights have been put out.
