@michaelvj50 I didn't get that at all. Sure it was a little sloppy - it was live. When a singer is setting the tempo, you have huge problems. The drummer and the bass player must set the tempo or you are done. If that's the case here, it's the drummer's fault not the singer.

At the time, when I was 14 or so...I never gave this song a chance. I listen to it now and it's fantastic! Funny how things change.

Great song. Unfortunately, this version is a little on the sloppy side. The lead singer keeps singing off beat and it's throwing off the drummer. It just sounds kinda awkward. I wish the singer would just maintain a steady pace throughout the song and stop confusing the drummer.

Thank you so much for all of these. I was at this show with my sister. What a brilliant band and a big part of growing up in Kansas late 70's early 80's. This is such a beautiful and moving song. Should've been bigger, but we all say that don't we?
ABSOLUTELY TRUE
REMEMBER ROCKING TO THESE GUYS TILL LATE IN THE NIGHT AND EARLY MORNING. OH THE MEMORIES!!!
