  • Very well presented Paul, you've done a tremendous job at rationally deconstructing the real motivations behind Emery's campaign. I wish this could be presented for public viewing here in Vancouver to disillusion some of his naive sympathizers.

9:00 Where does the line between cultural correlations end and collectivist rhetoric begin?

  • @zentonil I think one can apply collectivist rhetoric any time one is dealing not with the individual, but with a group defined one way or another. I find it very interesting that generally, collectivists deny the very existence of collectives defined by the choices people make, rather than by unchosen characteristics (see segment 6, starting at about 4:15)

  • Thank you for properly telling the story of the Fountainhead and correcting Mr. Emery on his bad comparison. And thank you for posting these videos. While I may not agree with self-sacrifice being the ultimate virtue and Emery's appeal to peoples emotions, I do agree that to appeal to the majority of the misguided masses this is a good strategy. Cannabis prohibition is a huge tragedy and I hope to see it legalized by whatever means. Objectivism will have to wait until people are ready.

  • @TheOracleGreen i see the same idea > cannabis is God's gift to mankind~ it's time for people to wake-up & see the truth about the benefits of cannabis. God bless Marc Emery!

  • marc emery is an inspiration. that's why he is in jail.

  • MARC EMERY'S MIND IS A WEAPON.

  • @TheOracleGreen really? so religious people including the pope must agree with you. Idiot.

I love pot but keep your concept of god to yourself. Lucifer is the light bringer. Our real creator. He is for thinking and individuality. Lucifer wants us to "be as gods" and to eat from the forbidden tree, and by extension, smoke the forbidden plant. "god" wants stupid grovelers at it's feet. Fuck him.

  • I believe Marijuana is a gift from God. Satan hates Marijuana and is trying to undermine its blessings by spreading lies!

  • Looks like Emery would have much to agree on with Stephan Moleyneau of Free Domain Radio and his videos about Statism being dead.

Great video - faved, rated and will share - thanks for posting!

  • I'm trying to figure out your feelings on Marc Emery by watching this. Usually when someone compares someone to Jesus it triggers the fear of "the anti-christ." :o/

  • The start of this was a great summery of the history of pot (The modern day history atleast). And although I knew the whole story about it before watching this, Marc put it very clearly. You could say that pot is illegal and was totaly blamed because aload of sluts were too scared to tell daddy they got fucked by a black man. Thats why I hate racists, their ignorance and stupidity effects not only the feelings of good people men, but also are the reason Marc is in prison right now.

  • @TheMusicFiend What you call hemp is really cannabis sativa that has had the THC (one of the most important compounds) bred out of it. Earlier cultivators (up until the last few decades actually) did not attempt to breed this vital compound out of the plant. Ergo, this is why Washington bred some of his hemp sans seed. The present divide is merely more of the divide and conquer tactics that have always worked. And you are falling for them.

  • @jamesuslovesu good luck
