@edkaau China is an overpopulation country, so you wait a long time that is common, because for the 2010 World Expo in Shanghai, not only the local people, that is people coming from all over the world!! People from Malysia, Singapore, can speak Chinese.
No one is perfect, don't tell me u are perfect and your country is perfect????!!!! If china is totally awful, why people choose china as the world expo destination!!!

This is just a fantasy movie about Shanghai, What I am talking about. No organisation at all in Shanghai 2010 EXPO, I was there for 1 week in May, It was extremely chaotic, 3 hours wait is the fastest time to queue up for entering the interesting pavillion. Usually, it takes 4 to 8 hours easily. That is a true joke. I hope Chinese living in mainland doesn't need to take too long to learn how to represent their country to the world.
