Thanks for the regimen video. One question - I couldn't tell if the hair was damp or wet when you twisted? How long do you typically leave your twists in?

So I noticed that you didn`t use the Tangle Teezer in your regimen... how come?

@gggrinz Lol..but I did actually..just not in the footage recorded. I used it in the pre-poo stage..When my hair was loaded with conditioner and water mixed in a spray bottle, and after doing a nice finger detangle. I don't use the TT often, and it does not replace for me, using my fingers but it is certainly a great help to get the little snags that won't budge.

love the vid! im actually growing out my hair (no perm) and this was rlly helpful, cuz im starting to notice the my hair is the same type as yours! and its not easy to handle! thanx for the HELP!
