I know what you mean. I too had tough times. A jerk at my old school fucked with me and i was so close to just punch the fuck out of this bastard..., but disturbed helped me thru this! Everytime i get angry i just listen to these kind of bands and then i feel much better. This music rules!!!!!!!!
