I had the privilege of playing with JP at the 1st Kempt Shore Acoustic Festival. Being a retired RCMP officer and part time musician, t'was an honor to jam with such an accomplished musician. At breakfast that day JP mentioned that if not for his music, he would have liked to join the RCMP to serve his country. I've also enjoyed his company at campfire settings where he is a quiet chap, and an excellent mentor to young musicians. Slurring this fine gentleman's character is unfair and unjust.

I'm not sure who "Spoonieluv" is, but I'm sure I was never at his house, nor do I drink 24 beers at a sitting!! This type of rumor is causing me a lot of trouble these days and keeping me from getting work! People are taking my stage jokes about drinking seriously!! Those people who actually know me, know the truth. Could we have some of those people talk about me for a change please!! Love to you all.
