Interesting video, unfortunately one phrase in the description is quite misleading:

"Imagine a world where everyone knows everything about everyone. A world with OPEN DATA".

In the context of "open government", open data is a synonm for governments/public administrations sharing NON PERSONAL, machine-readable information of public data (e.g. data.wien.gv.at) which aim at creating a transparent governments/public administration rather than transparent citizens.

interessante sache, die frage die sich mir stellt ist jedoch -kann ich mich einer solchen entwicklung entziehen ?- unter umständern hat der user einer solchen technologie gewaltige vorteile gegenüber allen die sie nicht benutzen.werden wir dann nicht -quasi aus selbstschutz- dazu gezwungen mitzumachen? und haben nicht jene die am anfang dabei sind grössere vorteile denn die die erst später einsteigen ? wenn man eine solche technologie verbieten will dann sollte man es präventiv tun.

People would became too deterministic, narrow minded and make decisions only based on what the miio shows. People are not like an RPG game characters who' can be measured up by just numbers. What if the calculations are wrong? You will never know if a girl with a totally different kind can be your best partner because nobody knows your true nature, only the ones you really know.
