From my earliest childhood days I can recall loving the restless wind and rain, the wild and furious hail and snow of the Texas Panhandle. Weather changes were big and fast there, but as intense as they were, there was mostly sunshine. I longed for rain. If you listen to most of the songs I've written through the years, I often sing of it. In Seattle, where I've lived since the mid-80s, my love of rain and cloudy days made me feel like I'd finally come home. My sweetheart, Patricia, took me outside under the Seattle sky last week to capture my love of this beautiful place and my yearning for easy going days and time slowed down. Hello Michael. Ruth from Germany here (wink). I now live in Hawaii. Its so nice to see you singing here; I last saw you live 22 years ago! Your beautiful melodies and deep and moving lyrics are never changing, even as they ARE ever changing.
You belong to another demension for sure, and I am glad you found another beautiful soul in Patricia, to help you bear the burden and joy of lifting up those around you and way beyond as your music is universal and touches so many around the world. Bye.
