I am not sure if you have resolved your flow issue. Your videos dont show the path of the oil and where the hoses are located. It seems that there is something going up high? Maybe your issue is a collapsed hose under vacuum. You also need to relocate the pump.
Have you thought about using a centrifuge for filtering? Nothing compares to a centrifuge for filtering.
