I dont have any bractlet videos but i understand what shes doing... if anyone wants me to do it i can show you and hopefully try and explain it better...

A foward not when you put the string over it should look like a 4 (like the triangle head) and a bacward not will look like a backward 4 (the triangle will be pointing the other way) watch some easier videos first or shearch it if im confussing you =P just trying to help lol
