A terribly in-depth examination of the relationship between the Doctor and River Song.

  • oh im weeping :'(

  • @JacobPaige I have to laugh every time I read your line 'this could be the Doctor's version of a retirement plan' LMAO

  • Cute video :)

  • really good video :D

  • Gorgeous and a little heart-breaking. Thanks for creating it.

  • Lovely, lovely video--well, I like the song, and the Doctor seems to match up well with River--and now, apparently, seems to me like the Doctor wanted River to kiss him almost as much as she wanted him to kiss her, or something. And the last clip seems poignant, with the TARDIS, Doctor, and Amy Pond all alone on the shore.

  • @farshnuke well, she'll live forever, and if he wants to, he can join her for the better part of eternity. Considering that they're probably married, this could be the Doctor's version of a retirement plan. Who knows? He may even turn the planet into a TARDIS afterward so that they can continue exploring the galaxy and helping people. Though he'd obviously need the library's permission and would have to find a way to prevent those parasites from spreading as a result of their travels.

  • @JacobPaige I didn't mean the plot, that's a load of tiresome drivel, I mean the actual terminology. Lovers across time and space destined to never truly be happy and (for one of them at least) to die in another's arms.

  • @farshnuke they're not really Romeo and Juliet. the only things keeping them apart are the Doctor's mixed feelings about someone who knows so much more about him than he can remember telling her and River herself.
