1. its wasnt a full ultra and 2. there was damage scaling after the setup combo

gotta love how people play rufus for the sole reason that his ultra is fkin easy to connect, i m stil tryin to look for a bison one if there even is besides the focus one

i believe you can line off of the air-to0air target combo. other than that and the FA ive seen it use mosly as a counter/punish move
