All I can add to this is my support. I appreciate what Mr Korten is saying here.

Very good point about the empire prosperity story... as we have all heard it... and know its not true.
What is true is that the rich do get richer.... contrary to what we hear about globalization helping create jobs for developing nations. And the poor mostly remain poor and continue to be exploited.
Reallocation is really a great idea and addresses sustainability and equality for all. Earth comunity offers a solution that maybe lasting hope to our existence.
