@fredstermaximus cauliflower takes extremely well to thick creamy sauces, like hollandaise or sharp cheese sauces. It's also very sensitive to over and under cooking, unlike broccoli. No sauce can save it if cooked wrong.

And I love beef with broccoli - I don't know what it is, but that's a combo I order every time I get chinese or even if I'm cooking the two at home. Broccoli loves hoisin, for sure.
