I've heard that you can simply pull a fuse in the GTR to make it RWD only, but there is no switch specifically for this. I guess you could wire one up if it really is that simple to change though.
I disagree about the video looking like AWD. There is too much countersteer. With AWD, if you countersteer that much, it snap oversteers to the opposite side due to the pull from the front wheels. An AWD power slide would look much more neutral up front.

I believe you can switch between 2wd and 4wd on the R32 GTRs. It also does look like he was driving it in 4wd mode in this vid, as oversteer was followed by some understeer. LSD's in these cars are also hard to get used to...
