Eyvind Stauri Solås (born May 11, 1937 , died April 22, 2011 ) was a Norwegian musician, composer, actor and presenter in NRK TV and radio.
Solås studied at the Conservatory of Music in Oslo and received German statsstipendium for further studies at the Music Academy in Cologne . In 1968 he took a master's degree in musicology at the University of Oslo with the subject, a study in Harald Sæverud incidental music for Peer Gynt.

For several years he was also active as an actor in a professional context in places like the National Theatre , Theatre Ibsen and in several shows by Ole Paus . The theater was the basis for Solås' development as a composer, and he said himself: "In particular I got here a number of stylistic challenges and a growing understanding of music as an important part of a larger artistic context."
Along with Reid Skagestad Solås built up the music and theater bar Romerike Folk . In his educational work and as an employee of radio and television, he has had the opportunity to try out musical ideas in a variety of fields, including speaking choir and sound art of radio theater context.

  • Wonderful music.

    Thank you for uploading.

  • Thank you, Happy Easter !
