I hope this help to relax and unwind. Think of this video as a Dream theater with relaxing music and sounds of nature.
The free relaxing music and nature sounds on this website have been carefully chosen for their ability to aid sleep, reduce stress, and provide a relaxing atmosphere for activities such as yoga, tai-chi, and meditation.

Rhythmic drumming creates a hypnotic effect to help induce sleep
The sound of the vibraphone is calming, and may reduce stress
Rain acts as a white noise machine that masks household noises such as refrigerators, heaters, and creaking floors
The booming sound of thunder helps to mask loud stereos, barking dogs, and traffic
The sound of steady, rhytmic ocean waves provide a sensation of relaxation and calm.
Birds and windchimes are comforting sounds that provide a relaxing and stress free atmosphere
An atmosphere of rain and thunder may be especially relaxing, because one feels they cannot go out to work
Ocean waves may remind one of a relaxing and calm vacation

If you are having problems going to sleep here are some suggestions.

Stick to a schedule. Mum was right when she set a time we always had to go to sleep as kids. Sticking to a schedule allows your body to set its internal rhythm so you can get up at the time you want, consistently, every single day. Also, make sure you try to keep the same schedule on weekends too, otherwise the next morning, youd wake later and feel overly tired.
Sleep only at night. Avoid daytime sleep if possible. Daytime naps steal hours from nighttime slumber. Limit daytime sleep to 20-minute, power naps.
Exercise. Its actually known to help you sleep better. Your body uses the sleep period to recover its muscles and joints that have been exercised. Twenty to thirty minutes of exercise every day can help you sleep, but be sure to exercise in the morning or afternoon. Exercise stimulates the body and aerobic activity before bedtime may make falling asleep more difficult.
Taking a hot shower or bath before bed helps bring on sleep because they can relax tense muscles.
Avoid eating just before bed. Give yourself at least 2 hours from when you eat to when you sleep. This allows for digestion to happen (or at least start) well before you go to sleep so your body can rest well during the night, rather than churning away your food.
Avoid caffeine. It keeps you awake and thats now what you want for a good nights sleep. We all know that.
Read a fiction book. It takes you to a whole new world if you really get into it. And then take some time to ponder over the book as you fall asleep. I find as I read more and more, regardless of the book, I get more tired at night and so find it easier to fall asleep. Different for others?
Have the room slightly cooler. I prefer this to a hot room. I prefer to turn off the heat and allow the coolness to circulate in and out of the windows. If I get cold, I wear warmer clothes. It also saves on the bills as youre not going to require the heat all night long.
Sleep in silence. I find sleeping with no music or TV on more easy and restful. I guess others are different, but sleep with no distractions is best for a clearer mind.
Avoid alcohol before bedtime. Its a depressant; although it may make it easier to fall asleep, it causes you to wake up during the night. As alcohol is digested your body goes into withdrawal from the alcohol, causing nighttime awakenings and often nightmares for some people.

Sound Sleeping Tips

Engaging in a relaxing activity such as reading, meditation, yoga, or listening to music, before going to bed, can help you to get a good night sleep. Perform this activity in a dimly lit, stress-free environment. Try to schedule your activity to take place at the same time every day. A regular routine helps to promote quality sleep.

5 minutes of breathing exercises before bedtime will help reduce stress. Take slow, deep breaths, through your nose and deep into your abdomen (rather than your chest). If you are doing this correctly your belly will expand and contract with each breath.

Spicy foods and large meals before bedtime should be avoided, as the resulting stomach activity may reduce sleep quality.

Keep objects that can be associated with stress out of the bedroom, and never use your bed as a place to do work

Regular exercise can reduce stress, aid relaxation, and improve your sleep, BUT exercise produces stimulants, so avoid strenuos activity just before bedtime
