    Sorry for the very late response.

    These were purchased in Oct of 2007 at a Big Lots in the North Texas area. I think they were $15 each.

  • very good, but the sound quality sounds so much better than my boris, it this because there is a direct connection without a microphone, or have you replaced the speaker? Very good idea though, I may have to try this.

    A couple of things help it in this vid.

    For one, the direct connection has a huge impact. The mic on these things are as cheap as they come.

    The second is that I didn't use any of the distortion settings on the boris. I used AUDACITY, a freeware sound editing tool, to distort my voices (not shown in this vid)

    This year, I'll be replacing the speakers. That should help the sound quality some more.
