I've been working on transitions and cleaning up my flow lately, of course there's always gonna be a few mistakes, but I felt pretty good about this take.

Once again, a beautiful video by Bambi. Can I ask what size thickness your hoop is? It looks thick, but with some of your tricks, I can't imagine doing them with a 1" diameter...too heavy. *puzzled*

it's 1/2", so yeah anything larger is too heavy
