I would much rather have a Honda than a Volkswagen , from what I've seen , Volkswagen may have there 1.8 T and vr6 (which I heard the vr6 is unreliable from vdub owners ) , you would be surprised how Much power those little b18 or k20 c5 engines can pack , all motor too , also when you wanna do some preventative maintenance on your Honda like for instance radiator flush , u can just buy 50/50 coolant nbd, but with them vdubz u gotta get that g11 or g12 which is kinda more pricey ,jus my .02c

Honda is the engineer of the automobile industry, I don't care what Audi says, or any German car maker for that matter. Honda has had the best engineering I've seen, and last longer than any German car.

My Gti has a completely stock vr6, but it still pulls on alot of hondas, or any car for that matter. I do get beat by most modded vehicles though. So you can see my obvious bias. I don't really like honda as a whole, but I do like the crx's and preludes, they are solid vehicles. I like how they are cheap to work on too. For the most part.
