Was just wondering if you have ever heard of the supplement called force factor nitric oxide pre-workout. I have been looking for a good pre-workout supplement but most of them I find have ridiculous amounts of creatine and caffeine in them and seem sketchy. But then I found force factor. All the ingredients are pretty natural and it is creatine and caffeine free. tell me what you think of it.

Is it okay to get all your protein from one source. For example, from whey protein or just chicken breast?

I want to build a lean and toned body & increase my strength at the same time. Should I lift heavy weight with 6-8 reps or weight that can challenge me with 12-15reps. I don't mind gaining little bit of muscle here and there as I'm happy with my muscle size but want to get the definitions & be toned.

  • @likkledee3 that was supposed to say 3%. Your funny huh. Not really, mostly ignorant. You got alot of hate in you son. I bet I have more ;)  Water weight sheds even faster for me. Calm your newly formed pubes kid before they get you in trouble. I bet you feel handsome and muscular typing away don't you. Good luck.   • Hi i sometimes go to GYM about 1 or 1 and a half hour and before every workout i will eat 3 or 4 spoons of oatmeal with raisins it them and here is the problem. What do i eat after workout? Reply please thank you!

  • @jbreweriii if you have problems staying on a good nutrition plan all you have to do is keep pushing past your craving by two days at a time. So if you make it 3 days then next time push for 5 days and so on.   • @qinmoy yes i agree too circuit training is harder than regular training because circuit training involves every muscle in your body but regular training is isolated training.   • @mnoy91 there is no do only this when it comes to working out, i think your plan is a great idea but i would only do it for about a month and then switch it up so you don't hit a muscle building wall.
