Funky Song--Kendell Kardt

This --one take, first take performance with fans humming one floor above--is dedicated to my friend, song-writer and luthier Chris Pearne 1945-2011. The song was written by Kendell Kardt in the early 70's and was the first music I heard after learning of Chris's passing. The guitar was built by Chris himself in 1981 and is on loan to me to perform with at the memorial 'celebration of his life in music' at the Press Room in Portsmouth NH July 23, 2011 where I sang this song and one other. A beautiful person was Chris, a beautiful guitar is this and the song seems the correct one (hoping Kendell doesn't mind too much). RIP Chris, you were like a big brother to me when a brother was just what I needed.
