I just had mine taken out today. I have a very small nose, and it hurt like hell!!! My surgery was for a deviated septum.

@ThalGengHan Ah, some people do it for cosmetic reasons to look better I guess. I had to do mine for medical reasons. I had a deviated septum, inflammation a lot, and it made it hard for me to breath.
