  • I have an original S13 Silvia but it has an Automatic Climate Control. I'm planning on switching it out to a DCC. Since my car is legit, will have to do everything you did or could I just plug it in and play?

  • If your car has the analog unit which has the auto feature it should have the following already installed because without them the "Auto" feature wouldn't work: The ambient temperature sensors located both inside and outside, the sun-load sensor located on the opposite side of the drivers seat in the defrost air vent bezel, and the hvac motor. The only thing left really is the head unit, so it might even be plug and play for you! Worst case you will need the digital dcc sub-harness!

  • i think i love u dude, i bought a sil80 and nothings been working including digital cli mate control your video just helped me with the wiring sil80= (australian s13 silvia front on 180sx.)

  • @Snitch13 Awesome, I'm glad these videos helped you get it up and running!

  • Nice Video!

Was wondering if i can use that one without having AC?

  • @bokiss13 Yes you can install this without having cold air :-)

I dont have my air compressor or anything like that installed right now, but I am working on that. But it will still work the same way, it will do max cold if it sees you have the temp way lower than current air temp, and it can maintain heat for you in the winter :-)

  • Can you use the original hvac motor from the analog one and use it on the DCC? That is the only part I dont have.

  • Part 2 will be made and uploaded tomorrow after my test :-) !
