Students at Lincoln Middle School have been studying the Centennial Uranium Mine project planned in northern Colorado. During the Conversation Café, students participated in a debate with guests, parents, experts and community members about uranium mining.

STEMester of Service incorporates YSA's semester-long service-learning Semester of Service framework to engage educators and students in addressing critical environmental needs and connecting them to STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math).
