Ninurta's domain, the " Lands Beyond the Ocean," was South America. The back-up landing facilities, which were "primitive," are where the Nazca lines are located. The lines and figures there served to guide the incoming "chariots." The lake that is referred to in the translation as being near the new landing facilities is in southern Peru, Lake Titicaca.
