Great job getting the vid and audio on this case. I do have a question for Sam. What if it was assumed that at the time you accepted a benefit (you wouldn't be there unless they already had alleged signed proof that you did...), that you understood the cause and nature of the conditions of that benefit? You had a driver's license correct? Your signature is on the driver license application? Read with a law dictionary, the words you agreed to.
