He means the NPC heroes who are lv 54......they are "heroes" since he is playing villains. So he probably does play the game and you both mis understood it...

eh? what do you mean? And I did say in the Description that the video's not mine, it was made when the Task Force was still Test Server Only. So it's pretty old now. Still though, What is it you find that's funny?
