@liddiek - When you are talking to Rogers, You are not talking to Rogers employees, so they don't give a shit, and why would they for next to minimum wage. Most are outsourced to bottom-feeder call centers or off shore.

I dropped at least one out of every three calls on rogers...they also have the worst customer service...i know poeple that worked for them, they actually train their employees to be like that on purpose! Bell doesn't drop calls, but their customer service is just as bad...
