That cool! I just floating under that swinging bridge fishing yesterday! Caught a nice small mouth bass about 150 yards downstream of it.

There is actually quite a large number of these bridges in southwest Virginia. Where I live in Lee County there are at least 5 that I know of. I'm not sure if they still are, but they used to be maintained by the state DOT.

That video was taken around Speers Ferry. It's about 60 miles SW of you. North of Gate City, on the way to Big Stone Gap. I live in Kingsport. Tully
