Part of the physical training necessary to survive in the jungle requires the ability to walk long distances on uneven ground, slippery and sometimes dangerous.
In fact visitors to the jungle should know that carry too much weight and equipment is impractical and not recommended, however that day I decided to voluntarily suffer the consequences of that act (carrying too much equipment and weight) and experience firsthand the results.

If you carry too much equipment or weight that prevents you follow a continuous walk as makes you slow, clumsy and heavy in the dense jungle, which exposes you to many risks and setbacks.
In this case my BlackHawk butt pack was attached to my Maxpedition Vulture 2 backpack and it was so heavy that the shoulder straps pressed with great force and limited the circulation of the blood, preventing oxygen-rich blood gets all over my body correctly .
At that time I was experiencing these symptoms.
Inexpicable fatigue
Shortness of breath and nausea
A terrible mental stress
Loss of ability to think clearly
Since I decided that no matter how badly I could feel, I would not ask for help from my friends.
Logically, once I removed the excess charge and rest for a few seconds my bloodstream quickly became normal and I felt with free energies and physical discomfort.
Therefore I always recommend they take the best possible gear, but only what is necessary .... in the jungle less weight means more energy
