  • Hey! i like your video very much. this is exactly what I feel too. i hate depersonalization and derealization , this is the worse for me . i cant handle it ..anyway, i hope you are doing better, be brave !

  • @gergana575 Thanks. I am, but this thing keeps coming. I have it for a few days and then I feel fine for a couple of weeks or so. I am going to mention it to my dr when I go on the 4th because it is very disconcerting.

  • Also, walking in the woods is very serene for me. Probably because I came from a large city, and now I am in a small rural town of 800 or so. Anyways, nature has a way of making me feel good. Again, thanks for your posts we share a lot of the same experiences however, I am much to shy to post them. This does show we are not alone in our challenge.

  • @rushriding I recently found a nice little trail to walk with my dogs in the woods. I have to take advantage of this now because soon it will be too hot to do it. My older dog doesn't tolerate the heat as well as she used to. They love it. I just am a little paranoid about ticks. Hate 'em!

  • Your braver than most exposing this deeply personal daily hell. I was wondering if your taking a pill thats making you feel this way when your this way. Seroquel for me does this sluggish thing

  • Hello, I've been diagnosed with bipolar a couple of years ago.I was treated with medication for it and thought I didn't really have it anymore.I had an episode at school and had to come back home.I am still struggling with it especially with the depression part of it.Recently I was wondering what I was going through with feelings of derealization, things feel flat, and usually comes with anxiety.I understand more what i'm going through.Thank you for sharing what your going through, were not alone

  • I have experienced something to what you described. There are many times I do and say things and I have no recolection of after it happens. It can be a little scary since I am raising a 5 year old. I like your videos. Thanks for sharing. :)

  • @stillhippie I have to disagree. I mean, when there is a real, emotional trigger, maybe. Not when there is no trigger - truly spontaneous - or the trigger is out of proportion. When I am trying to have a professional conversaiton with another person and I want to be taken seriously and I want to be respected, I don't want to suddenly start sobbing for no reason.

  • @stillhippie I did a really long time ago. Maybe even before I was diagnosed. I'll have to ask my dr about it.

  • @theoneworthkeeping I felt better just a couple of days later when the sun came out. Been pretty good since, thanks.
