In simpler words, Brand Value is how your fans perceive you.
That is do they find you credible? Will they Buy from you?
It also indicates whether they refer your name to others or Will they advocate for you?
You should ask questions from your fans.
This could be done by creating surveys and asking them to fill it for
you
Another way could be of unbundling the survey and asking questions one by one using the Facebook Questions.
It doesn't matter what method you go for
what's important is to plan your questions & surveys.
Your plan of survey or questions depends on firstly what you want to measure
That is the parameters.
And secondly how you want to do it, with the help of scores, priority etc.
Make sure that each and every question is linked to one or more parameters .
Like loyalty, awareness & so on.
Likewise, Every option has to be linked to a score.
Once the survey is done, aggregate the score to measure what is working well and what is not.
For instance if you find credibility score is low.
Then focus on increasing credibility by planning your posts and creating an engagement plan

Marketing through Social Media Networks esp Facebook was something I was reading about in the past year.. This Video is GOOOOD! It is simple, the graphics are good and even though someone new to this must have some basic idea how to structure questions etc as described, overall the video gives a good picture. Maybe Odigma must come up with more video's actually giving some examples and how the survey/ questions etc must be structured.
