Not really a fail. By the look of the Police whoever they were trying to catch must be very very dangerous and they were just being sure by arresting anyone with the same car that matched the description as to what they were looking for. Better safe than sorry, and again the violence to the people is also probably just making sure. Although I do hope they were compensated for any damage to property or to themselves, which I'm sure they were.
