John Martyn, Cry me a River

A tribute to the legendary John Martyn. A collection of photogaphs of the great man brought to life with his recording of Cry me a River. Created for a stage projection for a fund raising tribute night to be held in the wonderful Wander Inn in Waterford city, Ireland on Thursday April 7th 2011. There's an utterly ridiculous amount of astounding local and national musicians lined up to play his songs.

The event is a Blazing Horse Production. Blazing Horse is an annual free festival which takes place in September. Two days of music, free food cooked on roaring fires, nothing bought or sold, no admission charge. It's a beautiful thing. The proceeds from this John Martyn gig will go to keeping the festival free.

All the musicians and crew involved are giving their time and talents for free.

Tickets are €10 and will be available on the door. Doors open at 8:00 with the band starting at 8:30 sharp and finishing at 11:30 sharp.
