But how do you share an album with people not on Google+. I have some relatives who will never be able to use it, but I'd like to share photos with them...

@cjedj1 Simply set it to everyone instead of to a specific circle,you can then send them a link to your profile and they will be able to see all the pictures that are shared with everyone on google+.

The best way to do this(For privacy reasons) Is to get your family to join google+ and you put them in the appropriate circle. I have a video on how circles work and how to use them :) check out my channel!

I'm trying to upload a profile picture for my job's page. No matter what, it always wants me to crop our logo down, even when I use the built-in resize tools, or resize it on the computer. It won't let me opt to not resize the image like Facebook does, nor will it let me use the entire image. What do I need to do to fix this issue?
