Make more videos! I've watched all of yours like 15 times each.

@Daisygocrazy hahahahaha. how sweet =) I do my best to make at least one video a week but it is impossible to make more than that, I shoot, edit, cook, dance everything myself and it's almost a 3 day work to finish it. Keep watching me 15 times that the week will pass fast . hahahaha
Thank you sooo much for your kind words, it truly makes me happy. iupi !

I love brigadeiros, well my friend makes them like the balls but i also had tryied but it gets so like liquid and i put it into the refrigerator like about 1 hour but when i take it out it like melts really fast hope u help me(:
PS: Love your kitchen and the way you explain

@pemma6 if it's too liquid you might be doing 2 things wrong. First: you have to do it over low to medium heat. If the heat is to high it cooks the brigadeiro too fast and it becomes liquid. Second: The time to take it off the heat is when the "batter" is coming off from the bottom of the pan, when you see it is coming off you cook it for more 2 min and turn it off. YOU HAVE to stir it constantly, non stop during the whole process =)
If you do all of this I'm sure it will get the right texture.
