  • Tempo seems quite slow for tabata protocol. And I'm not sure if the t's or i's would qualify as a whole body exercise.

  • @5cutch You are 100% right. The time interval is really the only Tabata thing about this workout. Most people really do not perform Tabata training the way it is suppose to be done. But since i used their time interval i just called it a Tabata workout. I can admit when I have false advertised and this is def a case of that. Thanks for the comment tho

  • Ha! I love your honesty and frankness, and I understand why you'd want to increase traffic that way.

    Looks like you've got a good gym there, you've got clients looking focused, determined, and working hard with good form.

    If you were going for a more traditional Tabata workout, what TRX exercises would you use? I'm stuck on atomic pushups and burpees -> chin ups. Thanks for your good humour!
