This was the third part of a circuit I did during yesterdays workout. The circuit was kettlebell drags followed immediately by double kb front squats followed immediately by rope climb and chins from a limb. Important caveat: Don't go to complete failure, if you slip of the tree limb it is a long way down. I can't recommend anyone trying this.
