An electronic countermeasure (ECM) is an electrical or electronic device designed to trick or deceive radar, sonar or other detection systems, like infrared (IR) or lasers. It may be used both offensively and defensively to deny targeting information to an enemy. The system may make many separate targets appear to the enemy, or make the real target appear to disappear or move about randomly. It is used effectively to protect aircraft from guided missiles. Most air forces use ECM to protect their aircraft from attack. It has also been deployed by military ships and recently on some advanced tanks to fool laser/IR guided missiles. It is frequently coupled with stealth advances so that the ECM systems have an easier job. Offensive ECM often takes the form of jamming. Defensive ECM includes using blip enhancement and jamming of missile terminal homers.

Le contromisure elettroniche (in inglese Electronic Countermeasure o ECM) sono delle tecniche di guerra elettronica, o Electronic Warfare (EW), realizzate con dispositivi elettrici o elettronici, progettati per oscurare o ingannare radar, sonar o altri sensori di ricerca o di puntamento, che utilizzano gli infrarossi o i laser. Le contromisure possono essere usate sia in modo offensivo che difensivo, in quest'ultimo caso, per esempio per non consentire al nemico di acquisire i dati di puntamento da utilizzare con le sue armi. I sistemi ECM possono funzionare in modi diversi, per esempio creando elettronicamente falsi bersagli, oppure facendo apparire e scomparire dalla vista dei sensori nemici in modo casuale l'oggetto che si vuole proteggere. Second tanker on collision heading...

FedEx 5034 descends to 34,000 feet only to discover a third tanker at that altitude.

Conclusion: tankers were operating at civilian altitude with transponder off. The control tower had no idea the Air Force tankers existed and no radar system was available to warn the FedEx pilot of danger.

Excellent footage!! I think now more as before that the chemtrail planes are remote controlled. Look: The fedex airplanes gots transponder on and so on. Would human in the tanker the would not flight directly straight to the fedex plane or not?

what manufacturer is supplying the airfore with these jets ? My God. even at a City with 3 busy airports, (NY) these chemjets OUTNUMBER and overwhelm the civilian aircraft ~ full of people ~ TRYING to slowly take off or land..
