If you are looking for some free teeth whitening tips, then you have several options. You can start just by brushing your teeth with a good toothpaste and taking care of your teeth properly. You can also try mixing baking soda and hydrogen peroxide together and brushing with that. The bubbly mixture has helped some people whiten their teeth, and you should have these items at home.

If you are willing to spend just a little money, you can try some of the teeth whitening strips and gels available at the store. Some of these work great and don't cost too much.

If you look online, you can even find some companies' websites that give away free samples and trial supplies of their whitening products. This is a great risk-free way to try whitening your teeth with the latest and greatest teeth whiteners.

Sorry this video is short and basic (it's my first video), but you can go to my blog for more detailed information and tips about how to whiten your teeth. There is also more advice on how to find free samples of teeth whitening products online.

PS. I'm not so good at making my own videos if you haven't noticed. Good luck whitening your teeth!

People have different opinions on how often to use baking soda, but it can be a bit harsh on your mouth so you don't want to do it too often. I would try once or maybe twice a week to start and then adjust if necessary.

really? how many times do we have to brush in a week like this?

  • @SitiUchiha

Yes, just dip your wet toothbrush into some baking powder and brush away. But make sure to rinse your mouth good when you are done, because any leftover powder in your mouth won't taste good!

  • can i use baking powder?

    pleasee reply! (:
