There seems to be precious little footage of Beocoms on the internet. So here is my contribution.

Unusually, if you wish to preview the ringer settings, the loudspeaker must be manually activated. Otherwise you are left to select your melody in silence.

This particular model of Beocom was manufactured from 1994 to 1998 and was designed by Martin Iseli. It was later superseded by the 2500 which came with caller ID.
