Yooooo! I know a lot of people who are battling chronic conditions with insomnia. It seems like they go hand-in-hand, unfortunately. Have you ever tried a magnesium supplement for sleep? It helps me and lots of others to get grrrrreat sleep. And even better..its NaTuRaL!!!! I use natural calm..plz look it up at least..

@jeru333 I do take magnesium and that, in conjunctuion with fish oil and GABA at night, had been working really well. I had always had bad side effects with other sleeping meds but all the more natural things stopped working so well. I'm using Seroquel at a higher dosage right now but my acupuncturist/herbologist has something she'd like to try. I'm always open to suggestions! Thanks :)

My LLMD said the same excat thing about my inability to sleep. His exact words were "Your brain us a computer with too many open windows." I'm currently on muscle relaxers, benadril and vicodin 3 hours before bed and it still doesn't knock me out. I wish you better luck than me. *the first night with new sheets is always the best....even better than clean sheet day!*

@MySecretDisease Yes it is! Much better than clean sheet day :) I am also on loads more than I mentioned. Bedtime meds are: Neurontin, Lamictal, Trileptal, Zyrtec, Seroquel, Ativan and I think that's it. I take most of those throughout the day as well but it seems like it should be more than enough! I like that computer analogy!
