"Found years ago on a long-gone US tournament website I just so happen to have archived, this is (supposedly) a direct copy of the actual introduction video from Saturn Virtua Fighter 3! The resolution* and frame rate are definitely typical of 32-bit period files, while the qualty appears to be more TrueMotion than Cinepak. Further proving this isn't just a re-encode of the same clip as it features in VF3tb for the Dreamcast, note the slightly different title and production credits at the end.
*For the record, this footage was originally 320x224 and has been resized slightly during the conversion process."
