THE HAND OF THE DEATH CAN KILL YOU, YOU AND YOUR RAID IN ONE QUICK SHOT
JUST DONT TAKE HIM TOO CLOSE TO THE MOONWELL AND YOU WILL BE FINE (It also happen when you dont reach 10% of his HP in 10 minutes, so be careful)

He drops a few things and the raid argue in between who gets it, or they use a system called DKP which are points player earn for attending raids.
The points are then used to bid for items that drop.
Another way of doing it is using a Loot Council, they are a group people chosen by the guild who gets to decide who gets what.
They are usually fair and gives items to the people who needs them the most.
