@dubChemistry I worked here as part of my training as a Dr and it was the most bizarre place you could imagine but I had the best of times staying here. The scenery was amazing and the social occasions were great. Lunch every day here was special, because it was an open hospital,, patients were allowed to access the cafeteria with the visitors.

@SpeedySteUK Get the train from Glasgow Central to Edinburgh via Shotts. Get off at Hartwood - a 40 min journey from Glasgow (and only £5.40 return!)

2 Mins down the hill from the station are the main gates. It's a 10 min walk to the towers.
