  • Very nice i like how you keep the form during the exercises. Two questions, do yo warm up before and if yes what do you do. Second question do you time yourself and for how long do you rest between each reps ? I am asking that because i see other with timers and stuff but it's so hard to fit with those intervals, especially at the end of the routine. ty for answering.

  • @kroooassant I know it is horrible , but I don't warm up before kettle-bell training. I have never been injured with k-b's and I snatch now up to 97lb 5-8 times. I also do three super set's : pipe push ups on paralletts with my feet on a table in combination with rope pull ups in L-set position. everything as fast as possible with perfect form! Good luck.

  • What size kettlebell do you usually use for your workouts: 24 kg, 32 kg, or 40 kg?

  • I use : 32 kg, 36 kg, 40 kg and 44kg!

  • Wow, you definitely not using any Barbie weights there lol. I don't usually hear about MMA/jiujitsu athletes training with KBs that heavy, it's mainly hardcore kettlebell fanatics. Are you looking get RKC certified?

  • I have a degree in sports medicine, natural medicine, and I am NASM certified!

RKC is good for beginner who have not a lot of experience!

This vid is about 18 month old, my technic improved a lot;)

I will start to shoot some new vids in the next six weeks!!!

    Peace, Ralf
